Thank you for using KUBRA EZ-PAY payment service for Golden State Water Company. There is a monthly payment limit of $800.00 per utility account for credit/debit card payments. There is no fee for this service at this time. The fees related to the use of this service are currently recovered through rates as part of a pilot program authorized by CPUC Code 755.5(d), pending CPUC approval. If the pilot is assessed to be of little or no benefit to ratepayers, it may be discontinued and a transaction fee will apply thereafter. You will need your 11 digit account number and primary phone number.
