A Message from City of Richmond

The Department of Public Utilities is excited to announce the elimination of the convenience fee.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Effective June 30, customers will no longer be charged a convenience fee when paying their utility bill. To implement this change, EZ-PAY payments will be temporarily paused on 6/29/2025. Payment processing will resume on 06/30/2025. No late fees will be assessed during this time. Customers can now access their current bill online or create a profile to access up to 6 months of bills, billing and payment history. To create a profile, simply click start here at the top right of the screen and follow the prompts. Credit card policy does not support transactions over $1,000.
